Enrollment and Cancellation

Please register early - space is limited (and registering early saves you money!). Early registration ends January 12, 2026, after which tuition for the main laryngology course will increase $50, tuition for the sinus course will increase $25, and tuition for the pre-conference voice symposium will increase $20.

Cancellations before January 28, 2026 will be refunded in full; cancellations after January 28, 2026 will be refunded less a $50 administration fee.
